Every summer a small circle of friends come together for an annual cycling tour, so they can take maximum from the short but enjoyable Nordic summer.

There are several reasons why the tradition started in the first place, but now it has become an important part of vacation. Men come together, enjoy the weather, nature and being away from home. Families and girlfriends are left behind so that men could brace up, fight with forces of nature and overcome all the difficulties on the way.

Men don’t cry... They don’t whine... They don’t complain about occasional bad weather or a long climb. They don’t nag about sleeping in a tent or not showering for few days...

Last year the men gathered to make a bicycle trip along the biggest lake in Estonia that separates the country from Russia – lake Peipus.

But this year, for the first time the call of nature took them abroad to «Mother Russia». So at the same time with Tour de France the Estonian men made their own bicycle race in wild western Russia – Le Tour de Peipsi.
