All proceeds from the sale of this book will be used to build the Tulwap Early Childhood Development Centre at Tulwap Primary School near Kericho, Kenya. The two classrooms, office and storage will serve more than 90 students aged three to six.

À propos du créateur
Cameron Kennedy is the news editor at the Red Deer Advocate in Red Deer, Alberta. A graduate of Carleton University’s Masters of Journalism program, he has been working in radio and print journalism in Canada and around the world since 1991. Kennedy first became interested in the challenges of international development while reporting for the Daily Star in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1997. He has reported extensively on A Better World’s projects in Afghanistan and Kenya for the Advocate, visiting Afghanistan in 2007 and 2011 and Kenya in 2013. In May 2012, Kennedy was the inaugural speaker for A Better World’s Beyond Borders speaking series. He lives with his wife, Tracy, and their two sons, Jasper and Charlie, in Red Deer.
