I first got into photography about twenty years ago. Always having had a love of music I focus most of my attention on live bands. I try to work without any false lighting or flash, but try to capture the "moment" using what light is available to me at the time, looking for the way the light falls on someone and the colours, shapes and angles are all important even with Black and White photography. I am now fully digital but still use my film cameras on occasions. I would like to get a camera that is HD ready may be the canon 7D so I could shoot some short films. My aim is to be the best photographer I can be and to get my work to a wider audience.
