À propos du livre
Perhaps the most powerful aspect of Georgette Liberatore's work is the brilliant, hi-keyed, saturated colors she employs, which have established her reputation as one of the emerging colorists working in America today.
Having studied the work of New York artist, Wolf Kahn, she ventured into complex, offbeat color combinations and fields of color so eloquently expressed in Landscape Essences.

À propos du créateur
Georgette Liberatore
Fairburn, GA 30213
Georgette Liberatore expressed an early interest in creating art as a youngster of nine, when she enjoyed drawing faces and figures using a pencil. She had her first experience using oil paints when her father (an accomplished self-taught artist in his own right) gave her a set of paints and some brushes and she has been painting ever since. Having raised two children, she lives very happily with her dogs Buddy and Daisy, and cats Kiki and Kit and lives in a home with large windows that bring her closer to nature. She works and teaches in a studio attached to her home that provides her with a very desirable northern exposure.
