I was born and raised in Stirling, Scotland and I worked as a Family Doctor till 1994. After that I worked at Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital treating people with chronic illnesses. I retired in August 2014 and emigrated to France. I'm passionate about people, stories, and understanding. I think we are all the heroes of our own stories but many of us drift semi-consciously through life like zombies. I'm passionate about health. Health is about adapting (coping with changes and challenges), creating (expressing ourselves and growing) and engagement (no man is an island!) I'm passionate about music, books and movies. I love to write, to teach and to help people understand themselves better.
