This book shows the beauty of the old watercolor boxes that were sold in England between the mid 1700's to the early 1900's, in addition to the early artists' material used during those times plus items of related interest. Five English companies, Reeves & Sons, James Newman, George Blackman, George Rowney & Co. and Winsor & Newton are given special interest including their histories to the present day. This book is a revised edition of my earlier book Early Water Colour Boxes.
