Our training is based on a combination of the most up to date research and the practical expertise of professionals. Trainers use the experience that they have gained over many years of 'doing the job' and pass on this knowledge through training. All our trainers have a minimum of ten years' direct experience in their field. This experience allows our trainers to give personal insight to situations and theories and give a new dimension to the training they are presenting. After all, who better to teach than someone who has used and implemented strategies and theory themselves over many years?
