Minister Theresa Maxwell is an ordained minister of Bethel Deliverance International Church. She is married to Minister David E. Maxwell. She received her Bachelor of Theology from Open Bible Institute, along with a Theology certificate from Bethel Deliverance International Church. She has a Prophetic Certificate from Prophetic Development from the Bethel Deliverance International church. She is presently seeking her Doctoral Degree in counseling. Minister Theresa Maxwell has twenty years of experience caring for the homeless whereas she specializing with man and women in need. She is currently The Team Leader at Bethel Deliverance International Church. Minister Maxwell feeds the homeless ministry. Her ministry is just one of many visions God have given her. Minister Theresa Maxwell helps with transitional drug users and helps those in prison to transition back into the arms of God.
