À propos du créateur
I am a London-based artist working with photography and video. I studied Communications (Film) at Goldsmith’s College. I lived in Vancouver for several years where I was represented by a commercial gallery and exhibited in artist-run and public galleries across Canada and the United States. I received a visual arts grant from the Canada Council and had work purchased by the Canadian Museum of Contemporary Photography. Since returning to live in London, I have exhibited in many group exhibitions and screenings, both in the UK and abroad. In my work I am interested in the social dynamics arising from contemporary culture - particularly how personal identity is affected by environment and how our social and affective lives interconnect. My interest in the psychology of place has been a catalyst for both autobiographical and voyeuristic projects, documentary approaches to more conceptual ones.
