My Dear Clara is a compilation of Arthur Peltier, a real railroad man's Love Letters to his beloved Clara.
Written from September 1909 to December 1910, the letters tell the tale of Arthur's experiences as a
young man going west to make a good and decent living working for the railroad. The letters reveal
a true love story complete with passion, adventure, lonesomeness, and a truly romantic petitioning
of Clara to become Arthur's one and only true love and wife.
