The author’s career spanned several industries including public accounting, corporate tax, leasing, and lending. He consulted in various areas of taxation, accounting, and system design mainly in the New York tri-state area until moving to Florida. He has been frequently published, writing articles about lease accounting and tax shelter design including AICPA Home Study Courses. He was a member, by invitation, of the prestigious NYS Financial Accounting Standards Committee for two terms, and for several years, the NYS Finance and Leasing Companies Committee. He has been listed in Marquis Who's Who and Marquis Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America. He lectured for various organizations including the Foundation for Accounting Education, the World Trade Center, and the American Association of Equipment Lessors.
