À propos du livre
This book charts a photographic course of a voyage down the antarctic peninsula in february 2009.
The aim of the journey was to cross the antarctic circle and it more than achieved that, but to scupper plans the ship then ran aground at our furthest point south ending the exploration. This book doesn't deal with the grounding only the truely amazing places visited beforehand. The grounding is for another time.
Antarctica is a wonderful place and it is truely impossible to convey what it is like to be there, hopefully some of these pictures give a glimpse of the experience.
