Art subverts into one's conscious mind through the subconscious.
Whether this influence is aesthetic, conceptual, sensual or visceral,
it changes the way a person thinks and creates. These creative
expressions will, in turn, spiral into the consciousness of others. The
influence of art is an endless loop.

Falling Rapidly Through Time and Space is a photographic series that
depicts that spiraling though photographs of people watching Stanley
Kubrick movies.

Every photograph in the series contains two main subjects: A domestic
space and a TV screen. Although the screen inhabits the domestic space,
the image on the screen is a gateway into a different realm, The people
in the actual space—usually a living room—are thrust into this new
realm mentally. By photographing the coming together of these two
domains, they are combined into a new space altogether, one that
consists of both old spaces but is also entirely unique. When viewing
these photographs, two more spaces—the images in the book and the area
in which one is experiencing them—are again coming together to create
an experience entirely unfamiliar.
