A two year project in the North East coastal town of Hartlepool based upon emanations from a now demolished but much loved Ballroom. First shown as a video installation in Hartlepool Gallery and at the Toffee Factory in Newcastle upon Tyne. Currently looking to tour the video piece to a wider audience with an accompanying talk by the artist. This book introduces aspects of the work's construction, with excerpts taken from the artist's on going project blog.

Artist based in the North East of England - originally from Yorkshire. I work mainly with video and photography - have had one man shows around the country and some international exposure. Notably, work shown in the Tate and Serpentine Galleries. Received a Royal Television Society award for my televisual graphics work and am a past winner of the Fuji professional distinctions photography awards.
