Manuel Silva Was born in Leça da Palmeira on the 11/04/1968. Early on the sea he aroused great curiosity. He specialized in underwater photography since 1995. Made several exhibitions and some of his published work came out in important journals. Oceans and beauty were the means chosen to convey the author's message using a different way of communicating. His love for the marine life is enormous, has taken him to shoot from the tiniest to the largest mammals beings on the planet: whales. Most of his pictures intended to illustrate the undeniable beauty of a myriad of ecosystems as fragile as magnificent.
