Three journeys to three islands (Tasmania, Taiwan and Oland off the Swedish coast) are celebrated in this collection of photographs, based on scans of the original colour slides. The town of Kalmar, adjacent to Oland, is also included. It is primarily the scenic and architectural beauty of these very dissimilar geographic entities that is depicted rather than their people and cultures.
