In the fall of 2005, my father bravely agreed to accompany me on the Adventure of a Lifetime! After much planning, we bought our tickets and began preparations for a 3-week tour of Panama, set for January and February of 2006.

We hopped a plane one wintery January morning in Montana...
and arrived twelve hours later in the warm humid night of Panama City.

Our travels would take us up into the cool cloud forests and coffee plantations of the western Chiriqui highlands and then down to the Caribbean islands of Bocas del Toro for a little fun in the sun.
