À propos du créateur
After completing his studies at Art Center of College of Design in 2005, photographer Alan Gastelum accepted a position assisting iconic photographer, Kwaku Alston. Working at the studio of one of the most respected portrait photographers in the industry provided an experience that not only influenced Alan's approach to photography but also instilled in him the importance of professionalism and consistency within the creative process. In 2010, after 5 years of working on numerous advertising campaigns and editorial shoots with Kwaku (ranging from Crate & Barrel, Coca-Cola, Blackberry, Target, and Verizon to The New York Times Magazine, Real Simple, and Time), Alan made the move from Los Angeles to New York City. Alan now splits his time between New York and California, where he is expanding his photography while also donating his time to a nonprofit, City Parks Foundation's Partnerships for Parks, here in New York City.
