In the small town of Grove, there are two things that get you noticed, being beautiful or killing those that are.



Tiffany Bailey's life is a total cliche. She's the most popular girl in school, she looks perfect in every way, and her family is one of the richest in Grove. Her life is as close to a fairy tale as you can get until she becomes the sixth victim of the Barbie Doll Killer.



Detectives Nancy Russet and Matt Mooney are hard on the case to find the serial killer stalking young beautiful women and turning them into medical experiments.
