Do you believe in ghost? Whether you believe in ghost or not, until you experience the presence of a spirit, you cannot say for sure they do not exist. The Landmark Theater has a history of unexplained ghostly sittings, and she is known by many as, the Lady in White. Some refer to her as Claire, and some refer to her as Clarissa.

I can tell you without a doubt, Clarissa, came out of the shadows 
and into the light on May 3, 2008, captured by my camera 
for all to see.
