All profits from the the sale of this book are being donated to St Michael's Hospice, Harrogate which provides support for terminally ill patients.
They believe everyone should be afforded quality end of life care, regardless of their type of illness.
In 2010 they helped more than 1200 people achieve this - and want to double that figure over the next five years.
They make no charge for their specialist services which are delivered by a team of staff and volunteers that places great emphasis on choice, dignity, respect, compassion and empowerment.
