TangibleIntangible voices a life lesson learned through the loss of the author's family home to a wildfire. Using large format film photography, the artist and author includes still life photography of recognizable items found in all the rubble days after the wildfire destroyed the house. The author also includes bits and pieces of the inventory list needed for insurance purposes to reiterate the gruesome process of remembering each tangible item collected over generations of lifetimes. Ultimately, this experience has forced the author to grieve and use her passions to learn that the Tangible items in life have no meaning or significance without its Intangible existence - which is something that can never be destroyed. The Tangible may be gone but the Intangible lives on forever.
