À propos du livre
1 Fenton Square is a re-photographed collection of images of four generations of a family brought up in and around a house on a council estate in Sunderland. The original images were taken by many members of this family and re-photographed by one of the last members to remember it as a family home. The building itself may have been considered unimportant but the memories and events that took place in it are of great significance to the family history. It brings together the collective identity of this family and raises a question of what makes a family.
