This book is a collection of illustrated poems, thoughts, quotes and photos.



It contains my thoughts throughout the last ten years of my life, touching on the dark days, darker days, good days and great days.



It (unintentionally) reflects my struggle with alcoholism and depression as a teenager and young man, and the light that has entered my life recently.
