À propos du livre
A documentary project created to explain disability, To help people relate to the after effects and also educate people into the aftermath of coping with such a serious illness.
The subject, Elizabeth (Liz) Kehoe suffered from a rare form of Meningitis known as Encephalitis when she was a child, This has lead to Liz being severely disabled.
Liz struggles with everyday tasks that most people take for granted, I felt it was important to show this because I believe we can all learn a lot from her determination and love of life.
All profit on this book will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital (www.ich.ucl.ac.uk) for it was their sheer determination which allows Liz to be with us today.
