Flea markets, garage sales, antique malls, consignment stores, and architectural salvage outlets can now be found in every community. These locations have become the informal repository for America's history and memories and a veritable treasure chest for individuals and interior decorators searching for the new, the old, and next distinctive style.



As a photographer, I am fascinated not only with the great variety of objects offered, but also with the artistic attributes of these unique materials and displays. The patina of age, the vibrant colors, the juxtaposition of objects, and the vast assemblies of items familiar and foreign all provide the potentials for creating unique and memorable photographic images.
