Photography is the only chance we get to rewind the moments, besides our memories. A photograph captures the spirit of the moment and is the reminder of what has been. A photograph can cause emotion; a smile, a laugh, a tear or a deep breath. Capturing those moments, putting them into print, and ultimately witnessing the emotion is the essence of photography for me.
