Lauren Bies is a theatre and screenwriter who uses poetry as a means of creative expression. She has authored several plays and scholarly articles and holds a BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Writing for Film, Television, and the Media Arts at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
