How can we compete with the landscapes offered by Nature? Man has never built or done anything other than the most conventional in this regard. And yet, urban buildings and spaces often attract the eye, at least that of the photographer, especially when they are uninhabited. Indeed, unlike street photography, where human presence is central and somehow distracts, urban landscapes are revealed in their stripped-down form, which allows to better perceive and appreciate them… or hate them.
Towns are playgrounds where you don't need to go anywhere to take photos. You just have to do it wherever you are, as you wander around.
