GlobeRovers was founded by Peter Steyn, a passionate and adventurous traveller originally from South Africa. Over the past 38 years, Peter has lived in Canada, Sweden, and across Asia — spending over 25 years in Hong Kong and Thailand — further enriching his global experiences. While his daytime job to pay the bills has been in business consulting and research with the American company Nielsen (ACNielsen), his true passion lies in photography, travel, and storytelling. His photography has gained recognition, with his work featured in 10 published books. Since 2013, his biannual GlobeRovers Magazine has been showcasing his captivating travel stories and photography.
