This little devotional book has been the fruit of many years of battling with mental health issues as a Christian.

My hope is that the words in this book will be a blessing and a light to someone who knows the agony of mental illness (whether diagnosed or not) or for the person who takes care of them. May the Lord use this little work to honour himself and help others.
