À propos du livre
All proceeds to support the volunteers' living expenses in Ukraine.
A series of photographs by an American and a Ukrainian volunteering in Ukraine. The photos were taken in Ukraine during the war which started in February 2022. These are from walks and drives around the Ternopil Oblast, taken as rest from their work. They are of architecture, landscapes, infrastructure, and more, as an observation of the unnoticed or avoided edges of urbanism, and the connections of ruins to the cycles of history and nature.
