Chemistry book covering NGSS core idea PS1A K-MS. The book is written at a 5th grade level for flexibility and is designed to be used with younger children with adult or sibling assistance. Students review atoms, molecules, elements and learn about chemical bonds. They continue to study the properties of soap and learn about the chemistry of bubbles. Using this knowledge, they do experiments systematically testing different variables to learn how to blow the biggest bubbles! Once they understand the scientific concepts, they develop their own bubble recipes using substances found around their house.
