From 22 September - 1 October 2016, we took a 9 Night Canada and New England Cruise on the Royal Caribbean ship “Anthem of the Seas” which departed from and returned to New York at Cape Liberty (New Jersey), visiting Boston, Portland, Bar Harbour, Hallifax and Saint John. See map and itinerary below.

This book contains my personal story, told mainly in pictures, which tries to capture not only the city scapes, buildings, street scenes etc. but also the people and the moods and the emotions. This book is for all to enjoy.

Bruce Burgess is an award winning photographer and a Fellow of the Photographic Society of New Zealand (FPSNZ). He is a widely travelled freelance photographer who has has a passion for photography for over 50 years. He has a keen interest in people, landscape, photojournalism, travel photography and audio visuals. Bruce spent 8 years on the PSNZ Honours Board and 2 years as the chairman of the Board. Bruce is a proud New Zealander, who is inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds him. His philosophy in photography is to adopt a personal style that portrays an artistic vision which can also be emotionally powerful. He also makes photography "fun".
