À propos du livre
Curated during lockdown measures imposed during the 2020 pandemic this collection, subconsciously perhaps, is filled with incongruously empty spaces, an increasing sense of foreboding. It culminates with a series of photos from late autumn 2020, documenting the photographer's struggle with loss, both as he visited his ailing father, and ultimately grieving the man's death.

À propos du créateur
I am a photographer, an unreliable witness, a raconteur, a storyteller, and a fabulist. I've been called a vigilante with a halo, a soldier in love's army, and a great person. My interest in photography, paradoxically perhaps, grew from my love of the cinema. I’ve been long enamored with the films of Stanley Kubrick, David Lynch, Alfred Hitchcock and Orson Welles—among countless others. The cinematography of Gordon Willis—particularly on The Godfather and Manhattan—was my first realization in the artistic importance of lens-work. I’ve tried to channel this inspiration, to present images with a cinematic flavor, and that tell a story—or rather where each images tells the single frame of a much larger story.
