At its core, this session is divination through cartomancy, but that divination is prompted by specific questions that challenge you to explore that which you might typically avoid. However, bear in mind that shadow work is a lifelong endeavor, with many facets. This workbook is by design limited in scope. It is only one self-guided session of shadow work, but may be revisited as much as necessary. For use with the Shadow Tarot Deck available @ The Laya Center's site.
