À propos

Warren Davis began his videogame career in 1982 at Gottlieb Amusement Games, where he designed and programmed the original Q*bert arcade game, as well as a laserdisc game called Us Vs. Them. For Williams Electronics, he co-programmed Joust 2 and began to develop the video digitizing system which would allow videotaped images to be incorporated into the game NARC. He left Williams to create the game Exterminator, a surreal bug-killing game, for Premier Technologies, then returned to Williams to join the team making Terminator 2: Judgment Day. He improved his digitizing system, which was used in the Mortal Kombat and NBA Jam series of games, as well as most Midway games of the mid-90's. He was also part of the team that created Revolution X, featuring Aerosmith.

Warren moved to Los Angeles in 1995 and worked on games for Disney Interactive. He was an Imagineer briefly and also worked for ILM for a time.

In 2018, Warren was inducted into the International Video Game Hall of Fame.
