I have many accomplishments spanning the last four decades of my life but none of them compare to having and raising seven children. The diversity among my small government is unique and has given me the inspiration to leave something for them that they will cherish, pass on and hopefully add to over the years for their own generations. I chose a cookbook after a years battle with cancer because it kept me busy thinking about all of the meals I have shared with family and friends and how I wanted my family to remember those times.
