Marilyn was born in Seattle. Her family moved to Southern California in 1944. She attended schools in Burbank and Long Beach, CA earning a MA in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Media. Married to a person who also loves to travel, they have visited Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and South America. Marilyn and her husband continue to live in Southern California.
