Retired 35-year U.S. Army Lieutenant General devoted to leading with purpose and helping others grow. Hold master’s degrees from Kansas State University and the School of Advanced Military Studies. Over the course of my career, I led organizations from small teams to global enterprises, always focused on developing people and building trust. Beyond leadership, I find meaning in mentoring the next generation, sharing lessons learned, and encouraging others to reach their full potential in service, work, and life.
