I have been playing the sport of roller derby since July 2008. Handsome is my husband and he started being involved in roller derby in August 2008 when he began training to be a referee. He was made Head Referee in 2009 and also began running and coaching the new skater training program. In October 2011 Handsome decided to start his own league, Aloha City Rollers, where he is the coach and manager. He is known for being a hard ass coach which pushes you to achieve more than you thought you could do and inspire you with his many words of wisdom. To commemorate our leagues 1st anniversary I compiled many of his inspirational quotes along with photos of memories from the past year. I plan to do this on an annual basis.
