I've been involved in food since the age of 17, as working as a chef I noticed more that a good number of people find cooking sweets hard . so I thought why not make a cookbook that people can use they will work and is easy to follow.
as I said I have been involved in food since I was 17, moved from country vic to the city of Melbourne where im now living. Im a age care prof, community service worker as well as a chef. life can become busy but I enjoy what I do.
