I am a chef currently employed at Tregenna Castle, St.Ives, with a great passion for food.
My passion all started when i was very young, when my grandmother used to let me help her in the kitchen, teaching me how to bake cakes,scones, pasty's, heavva cake and many other dishes.
My main interest in cooking has got to be desserts, i love the way i can make each dish look and taste!
A good chef once told me 'You eat with your eyes', and thats what i try to do with every dish, i try to create artwork with my food so that when presented infront of you, you start drooling before the food touches your tastbuds!
