À propos
Howe Sim is an award-winning travel photographer whose work has taken him to every continent, all 193 UN member nations, and a total of 266 of the 330 countries & territories recognized by the Traveller's Century Club (Platinum Status).
His subjects are as diverse as his destinations: from Rwanda’s endangered mountain gorillas and Greenland’s towering icebergs to the bizarre rituals of Benin’s annual voodoo festival. Along the way, he has endured temperatures ranging from -50°C to +50°C, crossed active conflict zones, escaped a kidnapping attempt, and been detained on suspicion of covert activities. Through it all, his passion for documenting the world's beauty has never wavered. The more remote and extraordinary the destination, the stronger the draw.
