To me, one of the most intriguing parts of photography is the ability to take a slice of time and freeze it forever. And unlike a movie, a single photograph is subject to interpretation and imagination. It's like comparing radio to television. Radio engaged the imagination by presenting sounds in a way that a single visual image evokes a response that is unique to the viewer. Unlike a movie that provides a complete story, one can interpret whatever one wishes from the single image
For the past 30+ years I have been attempting to freeze time, to capture the essence of a moment forever. A lot of things have changed but the magic persists.
