I'm not a professional chef. I just love to cook. I have always wanted to publish a book and this one in particular. It was sincerely a project of passion. As well, a tribute to mom.

I'm retired and currently reside in Kent, Washington. I have travelled to many countries and have visited or travelled through every state in the USA, and every province and territory of Canada.
