Aalani-Renee born in Neurenburg, Germany was raised in Lincolnton, North Carolina her poetry led her to Oakland, California where she discovered the Punany Poets and began touring under the name “Southern Comfort” in 2002. Returning to North Carolina in 2004 she struck out on her own to establish a name for herself in the poetic industry. Since then she has performed at/for No Limit Larry Morning Show as a guest poet, cable channel 21 on shows such as, North Carolina’s Got Talent and co-hosting Soulful Expressions, For Sister's Only, Literary Festival, AFACT and Christal Wilson's realty show w/The Last Exotic Dance hosted by the Punany Poets!
