À propos du livre
The non-profit organisation "SHOOT for GOOD" was founded in 2009 and has 2 concentric goals:
- Support and promote the work of photographers through the organisation of professional exhibitions
- Financially support local NGO's that makes culture and arts more accessible
SHOOT for GOOD's motto is "Donate a picture", encouraging photographers to contribute to the action by donating a picture of their own collection and authorizing us to sell it in their name. If at firest the pool of photographers was mainly composed of amateurs, SHOOT for GOOD is now aiming at inviting professional photographers to participate in their exhibitions.
After 2 successful events, SHOOT for GOOD organized its third exhibition : "MOVEMENTS" (fast of slow, political or philosophical, physical or spiritual, frozen action,...) from November 11 to 14 in Tour & Taxis in Brussels.
For the second time, the profit from the event will be donated to an NGO based in Brussels that supports the accessibility of art for low-income people: ARTICLE 27. Last year, our profit allowed 14 famous-artists-to-be to attend a prestigious workshop with a grant.
