Over 30 years of photography experience.  Served as a Media Specialist and Medical Photographer for the Department of Radiology at Michigan State University for 13 years, prior to spending 12 years at Ohio State University-College of Veterinary Medicine and Department of Hematology. Gearl is currently employed with OhioHealth Systems Radiology Department at Grant Medical Center in Columbus Ohio, he is also a freelance photojournalist in his spare time. A life member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
