Being a lover of food and self proclaimed foodie her entire life, Christine started testing out various new and family recipes since 2004. In her teenage years, her mother was sick, going through a battle with leukemia and a blood disorder, so she started learning all she could about how to cook and blend seasonings and food, to enjoy great meals. Growing up in an environment with a Puerto Rican family she was exposed to a vast array of flavors and textures, Christine naturally held onto the culture and flexibility to enhance her pallet.

In 2005 Christine joined the United States Army, traveling to many countries, including Korea, Germany, and Italy. The travel and interaction with the many different cultures allow her to expend the flavors and textures used within her recipes, changing them and adjusting them to be her own, but also being able to share them with anyone. Christine left the Military after 10 years of service, later finishes her Bachelors degree in Business Management.
